Dance Theatre The Vegetarian
舞蹈剧场《素食者》改编自亚洲唯一荣获诺贝尔文学奖女作家韩江席卷全球的现象级同名代表作。作品以女性英惠的身心转变为线索，讲述她因一场梦而不再吃肉，并逐步拒绝被解释、拒绝进食，走向一种近乎植物般存在状态的故事。作品并不重演小说情节，而是透过身体化表演、空间转化与声音策略，将身体作为权力与创伤同时展开的场域。
Dance Theatre The Vegetarian is adapted from the internationally acclaimed novel The Vegetarian by Han Kang, the only Asian female writer to have received the Nobel Prize in Literature.
The work follows the physical and psychological transformation of Yeong-hye, who, after a dream, renounces meat and gradually refuses interpretation, refuses nourishment, and moves toward a near plant-like state of existence.
Rather than restaging the narrative of the novel, the production reconfigures it through embodied performance, spatial transformation, and sound strategies, positioning the body as a site where power and trauma simultaneously unfold.
