《爱之历史》从一连串看似简单却无法回答的问题出发：爱是如何诞生的？它何时出现？为何对爱的追寻成为人类恒久不变的动力？
这是一部由单一女演员完成的舞台作品，试图直面一个几乎不可能完成的任务——理解我们为何去爱，以及为何以这样的方式去爱。作品通过“双重戏剧结构”展开：一方面回溯历史中关于爱的多重观念，另一方面则通过表演者的个人经验，呈现当下的爱。这一切发生在一个介于档案馆、实验室与废弃场之间的空间之中。表演者在其中不断发现、操控与拆解那些在数千年爱情叙事中留下的物件、残片与“废墟”。
《爱之历史》通过实时影像、表演、物件与肢体剧场的交织，在观众眼前逐步生成自身的结构与意义。
How was love born? When did it emerge? Why is its pursuit a constant in our lives? History of Love is a performance featuring a single actress on stage, tackling the impossible task of trying to understand why we love and why we love the way we do. The piece unfolds through a double dramaturgy: on one hand, it explores historical perspectives on love, and on the other, it presents love today through the performer’s own experience.
All this takes place in a space halfway between an archive, a laboratory and a landfill, where the performer finds, manipulates, and dissects objects, remnants, and waste generated over millennia of love stories. History of Love weaves together live video, performance, objects, and physical theatre to build itself before the eyes of the audience.
