A female film director is holding auditions for her new project.
In her studio, she meets actresses she hopes to collaborate with, and welcomes a star who will appear in the film. She must navigate the pressures of her work alongside the entanglements of her personal life.
At times, these figures exist only as voices on the phone; at others, they step directly into the space.
We watch her at work. We watch hope rise, fall, and ignite once more.
A powerful woman, moving steadily toward the deepest desires within herself.
